MyTieBank.com wants your returns hassle free. This is why MyTieBank.com will give you a full refund for all products purchased. Extra monies paid for special shipping other than our FREE economy will not be refunded. All returned items must be in NEW condition. MyTieBank.com has a one calendar month refund policy and a two calander month exchange policy as defined herein. If you want to exchange and buy new items with your refund then just go ahead and shop at MyTieBank.com through the normal process. Again, All returned items must be in new condition, the ties never tied, and postmarked within 30 days.
Just follow this process:
- 1. Send us an Email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Inform us of the situation of the items you want to return or exchanged from your items purchased. We will ask no questions. We prefer to always use an Email to track the record. In your Email include your full name, order number and what item(s) in the order you want to return or exchange, or just say ALL items if you want to return or exchange the TOTAL order. The refund and exchange time frame is explained herein.
- 2. You will then get an Email from My Tie Bank with a confirmation of your return or exchange within 2 business days with our return or exchange instructions. Your order number will be your return authorization number. You must use this return authorization number on ALL future Emails and correspondence. Pack your items in the original box and attach your prepaid postage and ship the item(s) you are wanting to return or exchange to our address we given you in the Email we sent. The USPS office will have a free box to use if you do not have your original box. As My Tie Bank will not be responsible for lost or damaged items you ship, we recommend you purchase shipping insurance from the USPS for your items shipped. As our economy shipping is FREE, you will be responsible for the return postage costs. However, My Tie Bank will give you a $6 credit to your account to use on any future order to offset the shipping costs you paid to return the item(s).
- 3. If your Email return request is sent and received to email@example.com within ONE (1) calendar month from your purchase date and your postage for this return is postmarked within 40 days from your original purchase date, and once your item(s) are received by us, your credit card used for the item(s) purchased and returned will be refunded the amount you paid for the items returned whether you are returning or exchanging, excluding any upgrading shipping cost you had paid. Otherwise, with you making an Email notice to firstname.lastname@example.org after ONE (1) calendar month and on or before 2 calendar month from your original purchase date your return now becomes ONLY an exchange. As our economy shipping is FREE, you will be responsible for the postage costs returning the item(s) to My Tie Bank. My Tie Bank will give you a $6 credit to your account which can be used for any future purchase at the my tiebank.com website.
4. After 1 calendar month Email notice to us and on or before 2 calendar months your returned items now only qualifies for an exchange. Therefore, the amount you paid for the returned items plus $6 to offset the return shipping costs will credited to your account which you can use for a future purchase. There will only be a $6 credit to offset your return shipping costs regardless of what shipping method you had chosen to ship this original order you are returning or exchanging. If you then want different items, just go to mytiebank.com and purchase through the normal process and use either the refund or credit to your account we have given you. If only some items are returned or exchanged from your order, you refund or credit will be at the discount percentage given for your entire order. Any credits My Tie Bank credits to your account you can use after and in addition to any other discounts My Tie Bank is offering or you qualify for.
In this case we will email you a confirmation. Please include your Email, phone number, date of purchase and a copy of your order or order number. So if you choose you can mail your return to:
